The draws for the 2025 UEFA U19 EUROs for both the men’s and women’s teams will be held on Tuesday 15 April.

The MU19s draw will take place at 10am BST at Football House, the headquarters of the Romanian Football Federation, in Bucharest. The WU19s draw will follow an hour later at 11am BST at Hotel Bristol, Rzeszów.

Full details of both draws can be found below.

MU19s

Eight teams – hosts Romania and the seven elite round winners – will be split into two groups of four with no seeding.

However, the hosts will automatically be placed as team one in Group A.

The format sees the two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals of the tournament.

The EUROs will run from 13 to 26 June, with England having secured their place at the tournament in March when Will Antwi’s Young Lions beat Portugal in their final fixture of the elite qualifying round, having already beat Wales and drawn with Turkiye earlier in the window.

WU19s

Eight teams – hosts Poland and the seven round two qualifiers – will be split into two groups of four with no seeing.

However, the hosts will automatically be placed as team one in Group A.

The EUROs will run from 15 to 27 June, with England booking their spot at the tournament earlier this month after Lauren Smith’s Young Lionesses made it three wins from three against Belgium, Austria and Ukraine at St. George’s Park in the second round of qualifying.

The tournament will act as a qualifier for the 2026 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup, which will also be staged in Poland in September next year.
