Down goes your noise, up goes their game!
Silent Support Weekend is a national initiative to help young players find their voice on the pitch, make their own decisions and enjoy their game…with no distracting noise from spectators on the sidelines.
Silent Support is positive support
During Silent Support Weekend, applause from spectators for good play – and quiet encouragement from coaches – is welcome. Everything else can have the weekend off.

Pilot League Feedback
Following the national Silent Support Weekend on 14 and 15 March 2026, we are gathering feedback to understand whether leagues would like to take part in Silent Support on a more regular basis. This form will help us assess interest and understand any support you may need to embed Silent Support more regularly across your fixtures. Your responses will help shape future planning and ensure the initiative continues to have a positive impact on players, coaches, referees, and spectators.
We would appreciate if you could complete this form by no later than 30 April.
