Establishing a relationship with your local school(s)
Establishing a relationship and delivering taster sessions at your local school is a proven way to help recruit more girls for your club and build a long-lasting partnership with the school. Schools have a member of staff who leads on sport, usually the PE teacher, and your County FA can support you in obtaining their contact details. There are also Strategic Leads who work across multiple schools and these individuals can also support in establishing a relationship with your local school.

Play On
Play On is an England Football initiative designed to help clubs and approved providers work in partnership with schools to support the transition (movement) of girls from school football into community football.
