Our Future Lioness Characteristics will help you to determine whether the player you wish to refer into Discover My Talent has some of the qualities we are looking for in young players with talent and/or potential to possess.
A player does not need to possess all these characteristics right now, but which of these do you see as her superstrength?
DO YOU KNOW AN OUTFIELD PLAYER OR A GK WHO:
• Is CREATIVE AND EXCITING on the ball, who can STAY ON THE BALL and who can MASTER THE BALL
• LOVES TO DEFEND and can WIN THE BALL cleanly to regain possession
• Can PLAY FORWARD WITH QUALITY using hands and feet and have TECHNICAL ABILITY TO KEEP POSSESSION
• DEFENDS THEIR GOAL WITH BIG SAVES and who can DEFEND THE SPACE with GOOD POSITIONING AND POSITIVE ACTIONS
• Is FAST AND AGILE and makes an IMPACT with their PHYSICAL CAPABILITY
• LOVES TO LEARN, LOVES FOOTBALL AND LOVES TO WIN
